Brief Answer:
possible hiatal hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It may be gerd or gastritis but bloating and such pain may be sign of hiatal hernia. It means that stomach is protruding through diaphragm. Such difficulties are worsened by diet that leads to gastritis, smoking, alcohol and coffee.
You need to do barium enema test of esophagus and stomach and gasroscopy. In most cases it can be treated by medications but in severe cases surgery is required. Wish you good health. Regards
