As per your complain bad breath also known as Halitosis can occur due to a number of causes like poor oral hygiene, oral and dental infections, tonsil stones etc..
Please answer the following questions so that I can guide you better..
1.Do you have bleeding gums or decayed teeth?
2.Do you have sinus related problems?
3.Do you experience mucous drainage or post nasal drip at the back of throat?
4.Do you have smoking or tobacco chewing habit?
5.Do you experience dry mouth?
6.Do you have acid reflux that can present as chest burn and reflux of bitter or sore liquid in throat and mouth?
7.Do you have white deposit over the Tonsils or tonsil stones?

1. No bleeding gums but one decayed tooth.
2. Probably yes. Long ago, I experienced itching followed by toothache when I sat in a room where it was very cold.
3. Not totally sure but I experience mucous drainage sometimes.
4. No smoking or tobacco chewing habits.
5. Yes, I experience dry mouth quite frequently.
6. Yes, I have a lot of acid reflux
7. I guess yes because sometimes a white, soft substance pops out of mouth. I guess that's a tonsil stone.

Hi..
Welcome back..
As per the answers there are multiple conditions that are appearing response for bad smell..
Out of which tonsil stones causes severe bad smell..
Dry mouth can cause reduced flushing of the debris from mouth causing bad smell..
Also mucous drainage, Sinusitis and acid reflux are all culprit of be smell from mouth..
So first of all consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
For dry mouth start chewing flavoured sugar free chewing gum..
Such sour candies..
Drink plenty of water..
For tonsil stones get them removed once by an ENT Physician and then start gargling with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
Always gargle after eating anything..
For acid reflux you should consult a General Physician or Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and you can be advised antacids along with proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole, Pantoprazole etc..
All these will definitely help in reducing bad breath..
