Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There are many causes for chest pain . I will enumerate these causes first :
1.     Problems in heart :
2.     Problems in lungs:
3.     Chest muscle weakness/ trauma.
4.     Trauma to Ribs.
5.     Infection or Inflammation of lungs
6.     Air leakage from lungs into Chest wall.
7.     Pus accumulation in Chest wall.
8.     Anemia

I need more information on your chest pain ,
1.     Where exactly is your chest pain?
2.     What is the character of pain? Is it burning or pricking or squeezing in nature?
3.     Does intake of food increases chest pain?

Your ECG is showing mild abnormality called Right Bundle branch block. But at present it is difficult to tell whether that is the cause for your chest pain.

Kindly revert back to me with these details for further discussion.

Brief Answer:
It's Pleurisy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.

Looking at the description, I think you are having Pleurisy.

Pleurisy is a condition where there is inflammation of structure called Pleura (Pleura is a thin sheet covering lungs). This happens either due to Infection or dust or smoke.

However this is a self limiting condition, means it goes off by itself. I advise you to get a Chest X ray and Complete Hemogram to check whether there is any infection in your Lungs.

Also get an ECG done also to rule out Heart problem ( though I am not suspecting Heart problems in you but still to be on the safer side )

Revert back to me with reports.
