Brief Answer:
Foreign Body and Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Require Immediate Attention

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com

You had told these two symptoms
1. Continuous clear discharge from one nostril (One of my nostrils is leaking a clear, watery fluid-almost constantly. )
2. Intermittent blood stained discharge from another nostril (The other, only when I blow my nose, leaks a bloody, watery fluid)

This combination of symptoms can most commonly occur in the following conditions
1. Chronic Sinusitis
2. Anterior Cranial Fossa Fracture
3. Foreign Bodies in Nose : Nasal bleeding is also a common symptom
4. Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma can present with excessive nose discharge or blockage or bleeding

Of these,
(3) Foreign Body and (4) Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Require Immediate Attention because the sooner we start treatment the better. Delay in Seeking Medical Attentions in these two conditions will make the treatment difficult and recovery tough.

This can be Sinusitis or Anterior Cranial Fossa Defect which can be managed easily,
But Had it been (3) or (4) the treatment has to be started immediately
That is why I wanted you to please consult your ENT surgeon Immediately

Best Wishes for Speedy Recovery
I hope and wish that there is nothing serious and this is just a simple case of blocked nose due to Sinusitis and or Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
