What Causes Constant Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Imbalance?
Question: have been experiencing consent dizzyness (lightheaded, imblance) for three years after all the tests under the sun MRI, CTs etc I am finally diagnosed with Menopause I dont want to take HRT to many bad side effects to it, I want a more natural form of treatment perfer something I can get with out a script but unsure the best thing to take I am just over this constant dizyness its effecting my ability and want to do every day activities

ok to your questions 1 there is no specific time of time I wake up with it go to bed with it, its mostly a feeling of imbalance rather then vertigo. when I walk my sons laugh at me as i wabble and walk in a figure 8 as i sway around like a drunk.... i
Medication tried I tried sandamigraine as it was thought to be vestibular migraines I still take this as if I dont i get terrible headache as well. my BP medicine of course, Oral conceprtive pill Brevenor, Iron as it was low, Vit B 12, magnisium and natures own migraine medication, Evening primoise now of these worked. I dont have any pathological reports my GP did not even beleive me that this is what was casuing my problems actually still dont think he does but he has run out of courses I have not had a period for 3 months now either. I dont know what any of the medications are you suggested or how I can get them, we are only a small town and what i can buy over the counter is fairly limited
