Brief Answer:
Suggestive of migraine.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for attaching your MRI brain report.
These findings are suggestive of migraine, and your headache is because of migraine.
Luckily, head injury (fall) has not resulted in any bleeding in the brain.
For relief of pain, you should take NAPROXEN tablets.
If headaches are frequent, you should be started on preventive medications such as beta blockers, flunarizine or topiramate, to reduce the frequency of headaches.
Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
Yes, migraine will get cured.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Migraine would get fully cured with proper treatment.
You should sleep well for 7-8 hours every night, and eat food on time. In addition, avoid stress and tension.
Some people may get migraine attacks after eating Chinese food, cakes, cheese, chocolates, etc. If you notice any of them, you can avoid them.
