Brief Answer:
Cervical spine conditions should be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Besides headaches that seems to be of tension type, cervical spine conditions such cervical spondylosis, herniated disc disease should be considered as possible causes of your symptoms related to arm and shoulder soreness.

Tension type headaches may be precipitated by stress and anemia too, so, correct control of these conditions should result in improving of headaches.

It is necessary to get imaging studies of your cervical spine done (x-rays, MRI ) in order to get a correct diagnosis of your cervical spine condition.

If there is no contradication, NSAID drugs such Ibuprofen should improve your symptoms.

Warm procedures on neck also should relieve arm and shoulder soreness.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
