Brief Answer:
Fr how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
HI,

I am so sorry to hear about this constant phlegm production. This is probably caused by a sinus infection or an allergy. I will like to know for how long this has been going on and whether you do have a cough associated to this.

For now, I will recommend carbocysteine syrup thrice daily. This will facilitate sinus/nasal drainage. Should this fail to alleviate your symptoms, keep me posted and I will propose more options.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
