Brief Answer:
Hello Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well nothing to worry about possibly you have a small hiatus hernia and Gerd which is just mild loosening of the valve at junction of stomach and esophagus which allows food and acid to regurgitate back into esophagus.
Symptoms can usually be well controlled with medication.
Can try taking nexpro Rd 40mg once in morning before breakfast.
In addition can try following things
Avoid sleeping two hours after meals
Elevate head end of bed by 6inches
Go for regular walk exercise regularly
Avoid stress
Avoid painkillers, coffee aerated drinks
Reduce weight if overweight
No way are you dying of this disease
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery
