What Causes Constant Pulsating Headache And Shivering In Legs At Night?

Question: I have a pulse like headache for 6 weeks. It only went away briefly last week for 2 days. Now I have jumping shivery legs in bed. No fever and plenty of strength and appetite. Any ideas?

I understand your concern completely and went through your complaints.I could just think of one tension headache right now which might just come and go during stressful times. Your headache and jumping legs could be signs of anxiety or panic.

Try taking paracetamol tablets as needed,if symptoms do not subside,then I would suggest you to undergo a CAT scan of Head or an MRI to rule out any underlying pathology.

Meanwhile;

Stick to a regular sleep schedule
Avoid alcohol
Manage your stress level.

Ok. Thanks. Its now constant and last night wa the first shivering episode. I'll try paracetomol and book to see GP
