What Causes Constant Ringing In The Ears?

Constant ringing may be due to the trauma in the ear drum
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and it suggests that constant ringing in your ear most probably may be due to the trauma in the ear drum.
I am agreeing with your doctor that nothing can be done at the moment to the right ear in case it's perforated, which they cannot tell due to the blockage. And they also are recommending no irrigation or olive oil drops because of this possibility.
But I would like to suggest that you may go for removal of the wax under the microscope and treatment according the EUM (Examination under Microscope).
Avoid putting water, oil, ear bud and ear drop in the ear.

Yes, it may be the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up question; and you may right that there may be ear wax impacted against your drum caused by the nurse getting out the food and this may be why there is ringing, And this will definitely go once the wax is removed.
If the ear perforated then I can expect the ringing to at least three month.
