What Causes Constant Tiredness, Breathlessness And Lightheadedness While On Lorazepam, Lexapro And Metoprolol?
Question: My husband is on lots of meds and we lost our daughter to cancer this August so his doctor prescribed Lorazapan in addition to Lexapro for anxiety and depression in addition to his daily doses of Lisinopril, atorvastatin, allopurinol, metoprolol, warfarin, metformin. he is very overweight and now complains of
back and leg aches , shortness of breath and occasional light-headedness. He thinks he may have cancer but perhaps so many meds that have these side effects are causing the constant tiredness ? he sleeps with a cpap successfully for 20+ years. His blood work is done monthly and is always fne ! Your diagnosis please ! ?

2. I went through the list of medications and the symptoms. Some of the symptoms still point towards anxiety issues.
3. Do check his blood pressure, especially with change in position. Lying down and immeidately after sitting. If its normal, then not to worry about light headedness.
4. Not sure about his state of nutrition. He needs to start on protein rich diet along with good hydration (at least 5-6 liters of water per day). Also mild back exercises along with half an hour walks daily ( with comfortable foot wear) is essential. He needs to relax as the symptoms are more due to anxiety.
5. I can see not medication interaction at present.
