What Causes Constant Twitching In The Chest Area?

I getting alot of twitching in the chest? I getting feelings like twiching inside the chest aswell

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The chest fluttering could be due to cardiac arrhythmias that can include Sinus tachycardia to serious Ventricular tachycardia.
This could be really serious. You should go to ER right now and get your EGG done and if the ECG is normal then this could be anxiety related.
So I would recommend you to get ECG done.
