Do you have fever as well?
It appears like you are suffering from a bout of throat infection.
Confirmation is done by throat swab culture.
For now, you may start with warm water saline gargles to be done 3-4 times/ day.
For cold, you make take tablet ALLEGRA 120 mg twice a day after food.
Take a cough syrup containing Dextromethorphan and Chlorpheniramine like TUSQ cough syrup, 1 tablespoon thrice a day.
For throat infection, Tablet AZITHROMYCIN 500 mg once a day for 3 days is prescribed. It is to be taken half an hour before food. This is a prescription medicine, you can obtain a prescription for the same from your local doctor.
You will feel better with the above mentioned measures. For any further doubts, you can get back to me.
