What Causes Cough During An ECG Examination?

Question: Recently, when using an ecig, which I have done exclusively for 12 years, I have started coughing a little when I use it. I don't cough between usage. What do you think is causing this relatively suddenly?

You have mentioned the use of ecigs. I would like to know if you are using them to quit smoking.

Ecigs vapours may contain glycerol, propylene glycol and nicotine and some other toxicants which may irritate the throat and cause cough and breathlessness. Though not much literature is available on harmful effects of ecigs.From your medical history i can see that you have allergies, hence it is possible that the ecigs are causing the cough and a history of smoking whether current or in the past increases the chances.

In my opinion, you should stop the use of ecigs and take a antiallergen like montair lc, one tablet daily for someime. This will help.
