What Causes Cough, Stomach Pain And Headache?

Question: for past month I am coughing and have pain on my XXXXXXX and headache and my stomach has pain like is full also have pain around my joint doctor gave me antibiotic for three weeks I did only chest xray came ok now my coughing is less but other things is there still doctor told me can not give me anymore medication and he thinks I am allergic to something

Take simple painkiller like ibuprofen twice daily.
I don't think you are having allergy related symptoms.
