What Causes Cramping Pain In Upper Left Chest While Taking Deep Breaths?
Question: When i take a very deep breathe or move a certain way there is cramping pain in my upper left chest just below the neck.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. Please, twisting the body into postures which are not friendly is bad. This causes muscle strain that is responsible for the pain symptoms. I believe you might have cause a muscle strain that explains why you would get pains on breathing deep. If this has been going on for long, then try a pain medication such as Tylenol. This would be helpful and if there are any positions that provoke pain, please avoid them as much as possible. This delays healing!

It happened last week for a day and then came back today. It does seem to be provoked by physical activity, i run and do light weight exercises. ThAnk you
