Answered by Dr. Dadapeer K (38 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It can be accumulation of lipid called as xanthelesema.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
The cream colored lesions around the eyeball can be xanthelesma.
No need to worry about them. But there is a need to evaluate for lipid profile as 50% of these can be associated with altered lipid profile.

However please do send me a photo of the eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

This is also on both eyeballs
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dadapeer K (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
This can be decreased by decreased intake of cholesterol rich foods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

These are usually because of exudation of lipids from the conjunctival vessels.
This will decrease if you decrease weight and decrease the intake of cholesterol rich foods.

However this is not of concern and it will occur even with normal cholesterol levels, hence no need to be worried.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.
