What Causes Cuts On Under Surface Of Glans Penis Upon Erection?
Question: I have been developing small cuts under the head of my penis. They open during an erection or after sex. I have treated them with aloe but they keep returning

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are developing cuts on under surface of glans penis on erection and after sex.

1) Are you able to retract your foreskin completely over glans penis without any pain ?
2) Are you Diabetic?
The cuts that you get could be due to one of the following three reasons.
1)A band of adhesion between Glans penis and Frenulum
2)Partial Phimosis due to chronic Posthatitis
3)Dry sex .
However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon .
Further treatment will be decided by him based on clinical finding and final diagnosis.
