Question: I am 29 years old male with uncircumcised penis. During mastrubation I tried to pull the foreskin back but it become painful and I left it. recently I was married and I done the sexual intercourse with my wife. After ejaculation in her vagina,I removed penis from her vagina and I noticed that my foreskin went back and the inner penis is visible and when cloth touches, it is painful. The foreskin is not coming back. I manually pull the foreskin to the normal position on to the delicate inner part of penis. Is it normal or not? Is manually pulling skin from back to front of penis is normal or not? Do I need any treatment?

Brief Answer:
You seem to have Partial Phimosis .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Partial Phimosis .

In view of to have a pleasant and enjoyable sex it is utmost necessary that foreskin moves freely (to and fro ) over glans penis after erection making penetration of vagina with ease .

I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination .He would be the best judge to decide regarding need for surgery of Circumcision .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
