Difficulty In Pulling The Penile Foreskin While Having Erection. What To Do?
I can easily move my foreskin back and forth when flaccid...but if i retract it fully when in flaccid state and then achieve an erection then it is very difficult to bring i back until flaccid again...also when my foreskin is completely retracted and i masturbate it is very painful because it seems as if everything is stretching and the glans will burst as if it is swelling...but after i have ejaculated i can bring the foreskin back...is it normal?i mean when i am erect it is very difficult to move my foreskin,but when i am flaccid i can easily pull it all the way back...now if i pull it back when flaccid and then achieve erection it is very very painful and glans seems like stetching...i am 25

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have partial Phimosis.
In a normal situation foreskin should move like a sleeve over glans penis even after erection and during intercourse or while masturbating.
There may be constricting band that prevents foreskin to slide over glans.
Please consult qualified General Surgn or Urologist for clinical examination and to confirm the diagnosis.
You may need to get circumcised .This is a minor surgery done under local anaesthesia carried out as a out patient procedure. and offers permanent solution to your problem,
