I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query. I have also looked at the photographs.
I would keep a possibility of Lichen Planus
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better
-Do you have patches or itchy purplish papules or patches, elsewhere on the body? or oral mucosa?
-Are the patches on the glans of penis itchy?

Hello,
-Do you have patches or itchy purplish papules or patches, elsewhere on the body? or oral mucosa?
I have 2 dark spots on sides of my lower lip which appeared last month but there is no itchiness and doctor had diagnosed it as Actinic lichen planus for lower lip dark spots and given topical cream Flutivate Cream LA BD which I am applying 2 times a day and it has faded now.
-Are the patches on the glans of penis itchy?
No, they are not itchy
-Have you tried any medicines?
No , I have not tried any medicines yet.
Thank you so much

Brief Answer:
Lichen planus
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Lichen planus is the likely possibility over here. Lichen planus may present with itchy, raised lesions on skin but sometimes with just asymptomatic violaceous pigmentation on the mucosal sites e.g oral mucosa and glans of penis.
I would suggest topical application of a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Mometasone furoate cream (Elocon cream) once daily at the involved sites. The treatment would gradually fade away the patches.
Regards

Hello,
Thank you so much Doctor,
1. Do you suggest discontinuation of fluticasone cream I.P 0.05% on lips and instead use Mometasone ? Or can I continue with fluticasone cream I.P 0.05% for lips and get Mometasone for genital area ?
Also is there any % on Mometasone furoate cream
Thank you once again for quick response
