Asymptomatic pigmentation of glans penis is a common condition and can be easily treated with the use of mild topical steroid.
I treat such cases with ointment mometasone and it gives excellent response within 15 days.

Hello thank you for the reply. I have burning sensation after ruination I am putting that down to all I have doing for the past 2 days every 10 mins pulling my skin to take a look. So I am guessing I have now irritated ?

Frequent inspection of the penis by you might have irritated leading to development of dark spots.
There is nothing to worry it is a common condition.
You need treatment with a course of antibiotics for the urinary tract infection.
please meet the doctor and get antibiotics prescribed for you.
Also use mometasone cream as advised by me for the dark spots.
