What Causes Dark Purple Dots On The Labia?
Question: I have small dark purple blue dots on both sides of my labia. They do not hurt, itch, ooze or feel raised. I noticed them after getting waxed and thought it was bruising but they returned near the hair follicles a few weeks after. Needless to say I am freaking out.

Brief Answer:
Angiokeratomas
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Yes, these are angiokeratomas. Angiokeratomes are superficial dilated/ ectatic capilaries in the dermis. They might bleed profusely on trauma. The best way to go forward would be to get them fulgurated with cautery machine and that would be curative.
