Brief Answer:
Normally it comes back to normal skin in few days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have seen the pictures of your foot skin.
The skin of Your foot is called washer man's skin. It has got swollen and whitish because of swelling in dermis of your sole.
Normally this kind of skin becomes normal in few days time , if exposed to air and kept dry.
I suggest that you keep it open( may coves in towels if very cold area)and keep it dry. Do not use any cream of powder.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
