Question : I just had a yellow fever innoculation at a Walgreen's Pharmacy from a qualified pharmacist. Now I have very dark urine. Is this a side effect that warrants attention from an M.D.?

Yellow fever vaccine may cause elevated liver enzymes and produce dark urine rarely.

Not an emergency if there are no other symptom

Detailed Answer:
If you don't have any other symptom it is okay to wait for a regular appointment. If you develop fever, nausea, increasing colour of urine in spite of drinking a lot of water, please get an early appointment.
