Question: I am looking for synergistic effects of tekturna/aliskiren with clonazepam and alprozolam. I recently resumed tekturna at my own expense, losartan and (briefly) micardis, supported by insurance, being ineffective. Clononazepam and alprazolam, used at night, were already under suspicion for day-time drowsiness. I have now had two severe days of greater sleepiness/drowsiness since resuming tekturna. Tekturna has definitely improved blood pressure, though not quite as well as I had hoped. Another drug in the mix is metformin.

The first important thing I like to tell is that all the drug you have mentioned are to be taken under the prescription and supervision of a doctor only.
The cause of daytime sleepiness in your case are Alprazolam and Clonazepam. They should not be taken simultaneously. Either of them can be used if indicated. If you are obese and a snorer then you must avoid them categorically.
Aliskiren is a good antihypertensive drug.
Micardis and Losartan belong to same group and either of it can be taken but not both.
Potassium levels may ho up so should be checked weekly for initial month.
