Question: My wife delivered a baby boy by c-section on aug12 and had periods on sep 16,but since then she doesn't had any period. We had protected sex in between and we are worried that she is again pregnant or not.

She is also started taking contraceptive pill Cerazette daily.

Please let me know whether is it normal or not.

Brief Answer:
Most likely she is not pregnant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your wife is already taking contraceptive pills on daily basis and you had protected sex,the chances of pregnancy are not there in your case.
Her period does not occur due to breastfeeding and hormonal changes.
You can get her Hb,thyroid profile and pelvic ultrasound to rule out the other causes of delayed menses.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
