Brief Answer:
Wait for one more week
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.
It is difficult to say if the spotting you experienced was implantation bleeding related to pregnancy or your regular periods in less bleeding.
Wait for a week and repeat pregnancy test to confirm if you are pregnant.
If pregnancy test is negative after a week, it means you are not pregnant and what you experienced was periods.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

Hi,
You need to take medicines like tranexamic acid to stop bleeding if it's more and continuous.
This does not seem to be related to pregnancy.
