What Causes Delay In Menstruation After Taking Plan-B?

Question: I had unprotected sex july8 the same night I used a spermicide and on July 9 I took plan b. My period was suppose to come July 20. It is Aug 3 I still haven't gotten my period yet. Do you think the plan b dramatically delayed my period? I haven't had my period since XXXXXXX 21.

1.I saw slight blood the week after plan b. And I saw slight blood July 25. It was as if my period was just about to start and then it went away the next day.

2. My last period I had in XXXXXXX lasted 9 days longer then usually. My other periods are always normal though.

Thanks for getting back with all the details. Here are my interpretations

1. It is quite possible that your period has been delayed this time however the delay is very prolonged in the setting of unprotected sex. It is not usual to have such delayed period after plan b
2. please get a urine pregnancy test , the kit is easily available in any pharmacy and it comes with instructions
