What Causes Delay In Periods And Stomach Cramps?
Question: Iam 24 yrs old , had delayed periods for 10 days for the first time and am suffering from severe cramps and pain. please suggest me with a medication ,i usualy have pain during my periods but this time it is horrible i feel it might be because of delay. please help me

Hello doctor,
Am sorry for not being clear with my question previously, I got my periods today and it was 10 days late for the 1st time, am recently married and had 2 day late period once before.
Also i suffer from lot of pain during my periods and i take only 1 meftalspas tablet, which actually subsides my pain within 1 to 2 hours, i took that even today and my pain is still horrible .
am scared if i take more tablets it may have side effects because i take meftalspas every month 1 tablet for sure, because of pain. can you also please tell me is that fine taking it every month
