What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?

Question: Hello doctor,my periods has been delayed by 21 days and i got my pregnancy test done which is negative.i got stomach cramps throughout the day.pls advise.

Thanks for posting the query,

Reconfirm the pregnancy test once more. If it's still negative then you can take TAB. DEVERY 10 mg once a day for 5 days and stop. once you stop the medicine you'll get your periods in 3 days. For pain abdomen i do not suggest any medicine you can just held hot water bottle on abdomen. You will get good relief.

If the pain is very intolerable then you can take TAB. Buscopan or Mefthal spas for 2 days.

Any issue do follow up.

Doctor 2 days back i tested in the evening it was positive then next day morning it was negative and today morning also negative .

If the test has come positive once then confirm it with scan abdomen. Or repeat the test with morning first sample of the urine.
