Brief Answer:
Delayed periods
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If pregnancy test is negative then it is delayed cycle.
There are various reasons for the same. Mainly: Professional or personal stress, job change, increased travelling, exam stress or change of place.
Since you have changed place probably it will take some more time for periods to occur.
I advice you to wait for one week.
If you dont get periods in next one week, you can consider taking tablets. Till then wait without medicines.
There is nothing to worry

Brief Answer:
Wait
Detailed Answer:
Hi
hCG has no effect on this. hCG injection is just to support pregnancy.
You can wait for some more time and wait for periods to occur naturally instead of taking tablets.
Natural cycle might take some extra time but best to wait.
Regards
