What Causes Delayed Periods With Lower Back Pain And Swollen Breasts?
Question: My period is 16 days late have symptoms lower back ache emotional and very swollen breasts but no flow. My cervix feels very swollen and is protruding and in the last week intercourse hurts. I am worried. HPT x 4 all negative

Ever since all your urine pregnancy tests are negative but you are having pregnancy like symptoms so best step in our management is transvaginal ultrasound from some experienced radiologist.
I fear that it can be a tubal ectopic pregnancy which a surgical emergency so we need to act soon.
Other simple pathology can be just an ovarian cyst which is interfering in period commencement and in that case all you will need is progesterone for 5 days for withdrawal bleeding and follow up of cyst.

No it cannot cause cervix to protrud but it make it swell so much so that already down cervix can start protruding.
It is common in some pregnant women who have elongated cervix as an incidental finding or as a part of prolapsed cervix.
You can wait till tomorrow and till then take rest and avoid moving around much except for normal walk till kitchen and bathroom.
