What Causes Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain, Intestinal Gas And Bloating?

Question: I have a history of IBS with diarrhea I had Diarrhea yesterday morning. Late yesterday afternoon continually till now I've had pain my lower left abdomen I like the groin area. I feel a slight to erge to more by bowls I had a lot of gas and bloating the gas seems to be better. Feels worse when I sit on recline and better when I stand

Diverticulitis is inflammation of one or more diverticular pouches and can present with such symptoms. Bed rest, clear liquid diet and antibiotics are needed for mild to moderate diverticulitis in most cases. The abdomen should be examined. Signs and symptoms of Intestinal obstruction and/or peritonitis should be evaluated. An Ultrasound/ x ray erect abdomen can be advised in consult with your doctor to determine the cause. Stool routine exam and for ova and parasites should also be done.
