Brief Answer:
imodium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If the diarrhea is severe you can take imodium which you can buy at a pharmacy. However, if you have stopped the colchicine the diarrhea should stop on its own in a day or two.
While colchicine is great for helping with gout flares it is very irritating to the gastrointestinal tract and can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, especially in high doses.
Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If you get dehydrated from the diarrhea it will make you feel worse.
I hope you get some relief soon,
Dr. Robinson
