Brief Answer:
less likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic .
At your age it is unlikely that you have colon cancer as it is cancer of old age. If in your family colon cancer history is there then you are at risk.
The symptoms which you have mentioned could be due to inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis also.
I suggest you to consult a gastrosurgeon and get colonoscopy done. In colonoscopy you will come to know the exact diagnosis and also rule out cancer. It is both screening for cancer and diagnostic. Also get Haemoglobin level since you have bleeding.
Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Hi,
I suggest you to Start iron supplement for your low haemoglobin level.
You may get colonoscopy done in following center
1)safdarjung hospital safdarjung road or
2)general XXXXXXX masonic polyclinic , freems sons hall, janpath.
Colonoscopy is mild painful procedure not too much. Generally it is done under sedation I.e you dont remember it. They will take biopsy also if needed inside for better and confirmed diagnosis. That will be painless.
