What Causes Difficulty In Attaining Orgasms?

Question: Hello Im a healthy 64 year old male , Ive been very normal sexualy my whole life. Within the past 6 months or so I'm having a hard time having an orgasm. I get erect and have a strong sex drive but having more problem having orgasm. Could this be testosterone related?

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulties with orgasm that you have reported. Could you in clearer terms point out what you are referring to when you say no orgasm? Is this supposed to mean no ejaculation or lack of satisfaction from a sexual encounter?

Low testosterone would primarily present with loss in sexual desire and erectile dysfunction. That is none of your concerns and it is very unlikely to be a possible cause of your symptoms at this time.

I will like to get the response to the above question so as to factor it into my reasoning before providing a conclusive statement alongside recommendations on this.
