Thanks

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
If you had asked the question last night I might have said to check with a doctor for the possibility of traumatic injury. Now though symptoms seem to be improving. You do not seem to mention any symptom of head or spinal cord injury such as progressively increasing pain, nausea and vomiting, speech or vision issues, weakness or numbness of the lower limbs or of half of the body, bladder control issues etc. You do not mention any limitation of movement of the limbs to suggest any fracture.
So I would say that there is not any indication of any injury which may need some type of intervention. Some pain and soreness is expected as there must have been some injury to the soft tissue and muscles. It should improve but not overnight, may need some time. I would advise only over the counter pain killers for the moment.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
