Question: I cannot empty my bladder. Just release a small amount, still feel full. Pain in lower abdomen and urinary tract area.

Kindly do the following tests after examination by an Urologist.

After seeing your reply,you'll need an Urologist to examine you and do these tests:
1. urine routine and culture.
2. urine flow rate (flowmetry).
3. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.
4. ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine.
According to these reports,an expert opinion can be given about treatment.
Till the reports are available,you may take :
1.an alkalysing agent like, potassium citrate syrup.
2. an alfa-blocker drug.
