What Causes Dilated Pupil With Headache, Dizziness And Unsteady Gait?

Cause of uneven pupil and headache
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxx, thanks for asking from HCM.
I can understand your concern. The uneven pupil or "Anisocoria" along with headache should never be taken lightly. And also you had dizziness, unsteady gait, you must re-evaluate yourself. CT brain can be normal first time in many conditions. Kindly get MRI brain to rule out
: Ischemic stroke in thalamic area/midbrain
: Aneurysm At internal carotid-posterior communicating artery, basilar artery, superior cerebellar artery
: Small bleed in midbrain
: Tumor bleed in cavernous sinus region/midbrain
Other causes can be
: 3rd nerve damage due to diabetes/B12/alcohol along with headache
: Glaucoma of eye with headache
: Optic neuritis with nerve damage if vision loss is there.
I advise you please consult doctor again. Also get your eye examination done for fundus, visual acuity, intra-oscular pressure and eye movements.
Only after confirmation, treatment can be given. Please send me your CT brain film image also. It will help in more evaluation of your symptoms.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
