What Causes Discharge And Heaviness In Pelvic Area During Pregnancy?
Question: Hello I am 26 years old and 14 weeks pregnant with mh second child.
We found a group B strep in my urine at 12 weeks 10-100,000 cultures anf I was treated my ampicillin 500 mg 3 times a day.
I was then re tested and urine came back clear.
Now, 2 weeks after treatment i still have burning while i urinate, discharge and a feeling of heaviness in my pelvic area, as if everything is going to just fall out.
Is it posiible that my cervix is opening due tongriup b strep at 14 weeks?
Why do i still have butning urine is i was negative for the bacteria after treatment?
Which tests must I have?
