Do you have to squeeze to see it, or it spontaneously appears and stains your brasserie ?
Is it profuse or little in amount ?
Are your cycles regular ?

Brief Answer:
Mild hormonal imbalance is likely.
Detailed Answer:
Well, you maybe peri menopausal, and this happens commonly due to mild hormonal changes common in this age group.
Please get some hormonal tests to confirm this.
The tests needed are - FSH, LH, Serum estradiol, Serum Prolactin, TSH.
This will tell you if the hormones are out of range, and then treatment can be tailored as per the results.
