What Causes Discharge From Penis?

Question: I am getting discharge from my penis and my doctor recommended azithromycin but it hasn't worked,now I am on flagyl and ciprofloxacin,is it more potent.

in your answer you said skin infection,but i am referring to discharge from the penis,which is from gonorrhea,if this line of treatment doesnt work is there any other treatment regimen that could work,thanks.
