Question: Hello i just woke up with this on my toe its hurting and its purple like what can it be

I am so sorry to hear about this purple mark on your toe. I have reviewed the image and it is suggestive of small blood leak out of the vessels into the skin. This is what is responsible for the discoloration and pains. This might have been caused by excess pressure exerted on this toe.

For now, there is nothing much to panic about. Monitoring alone would suffice. If the pain is concerning apply ice packs and only consider Tylenol if the pains persist. You do not need any further medical attention this time unless something else comes up.
