Brief Answer:
Ovary problems/appendicitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
The pain you are feeling in the right lower side of your abdomen might be related to incoming periods (ovulation) or ovary cyst.
I advise to take mephenamic acid (Ponstan) or Spasmex to reduce the pain. If it will not be subsided, I advise to run abdominal ultrasound for further evaluations.
Hope it helped!
