What Causes Discomfort On Left Side Of Chest When I Sneeze?
Likely muscular / Get examined
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Young age, long duration and relation to sneezing – may all mean simple spasm of chest wall muscle…. At times, from the pleura or pericardium (lining of the lung or heart) / may be radiation of nerve root pain, from the spine
Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) – pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis. And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too; The treating doctor alone could conclude better, based on the total clinical picture. It is wiser to look and see rather than wait and guess. The most important time is the first few hours. In any suspected problem, if detected early, an evolving event may even be aborted; the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably.
Treated, if anything is found / happy if all is well
GET EXAMINED
Good luck
God bless you
i am not clear on some of the points which you have mentioned above like " may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on."
Do these symptoms implies to CAD or it implies that things are normal and it happens sometimes due to stress or acidity.
Thanks
Can happen in Stress and several other situations

Hi
They are not specific to any particular problem
Radiation depends on the area of distribution of the nerve supplying the part
Sweating is from Sympathetic stimulation and is seen in several physical and psychological states. Typically, ‘cold sweating’ (in normal temperature), sweating limited to palms and soles – is typical of anxiety.
They are not diagnostic of any particular thing / rather direct the attention, shortlist the diagnostic approaches…
