Brief Answer:
Little dizziness & off balance is common in patients with sinusitis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having chronic sinusitis . Little dizziness & off balance is common in patients with sinusitis . No need to worry too much .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Salt water gargles twice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetamol thrice daily .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
