Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Chrystal displacement in your inner ear can produce vertigo but it is not associated with headache, so I do agree with your GP that those maneuvers shouldn't have much effect on that.
Issues like dizziness and headache are quite common after traumatic brain injury, especially when of a severe grade like in your case. Causes are thought to be multiple such as changes in brain and vessels architecture after trauma, muscle tension, emotional factors.
In terms of management that depends on frequency of symptoms. If sporadic episodes can be managed with only analgesics as needed. When frequent or persistent though then preventive treatment is recommended, most commonly used classes are anticonvulsants such as valproic acid and antidepressants such as amitriptyline. Relaxation exercises, activities like yoga may also be beneficial.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again! If symptoms are present daily then perhaps you should discuss with your physician the use of the medication which I mentioned.

As for your question on "visual therapy" I must confess I am not sure what you mean by that, I am not familiar with any recognized treatment named like that. Could you mean perhaps vestibular therapy? If yes I wouldn't be so optimistic about its success, is used for balance issues, but don't expect it to do much about headache.

I hope to have been of help.
