What Causes Dizziness And Low BP Readings Post Xolair Withdrawal?
Question: I have Systemic Mastocytosus (C96.2) and have received 14 Xolsir injections (150mg/each) on s monthly basis; I have been using food as medicine and following an anti inflammatory, anti histamine property diet and have just stopped xolair a few days ago.
It seems to have a more toxic effect in my hypersensitive system as time on the experimental palliative treatment continued.
So with my medical teams support I discontinued this treatment as risks began to outweigh the benefits.
I had a very frightening episode last night with dizziness which was sudden as my B/B dropped rapidly 96/54 then spiked to 155/112 P 135
I had diareah and vomitted- the am used to balancing my system naturally so I did my best to breathe through the erratic BP from hypotension to hypertension. Once I vomited I began to feel better And began woke using fluids with homemade electrolyte water raw non GMO organic apple juice, water and Himalayan sea salt and a banana -
I'm wondering if this attack could be part of withdrawal from Xolair discontinued jnot receiving my usual 30 day dose this past Thursday.
I'm hydrating and still balancing my system today and am exhausted ...
Any feedback is appreciated..

Brief Answer:
This episode is unlikely due to xolair injection withdrawal.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, this episode is not due to xolair withdrawal.
You might be having intestinal infection which is causing diarrhea and vomiting.
Or another possibility is stress and anxiety related GI (gastrointestinal) symptoms.
Stress and anxiety can cause diarrhea and vomiting and fluctuations in blood pressure.
So please let me know if you are having worsening stress these days.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
